298 <br />IM <br />Redwood O.ity,February 16th.I925-7-30 o'clock P.T. <br />, <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees;-President•H.A.Beeger,C.K.A4abie,G.111.IleNulty, <br />M.E.Ryan,Clerk W.A.Price.Absent Trustee A.E.Monteith. <br />IViinutes .of meetings held January 19th and February 2nd.1925 were read and on motion of <br />Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee Ryan same be approved as read.Motion Carried. <br />A petition was presented to the Board by residents in the vicinity of Broadway,Brewster <br />and Arch Streets asking the Board to take the necessary steps to bring hots 3-¢-8-Block <br />2 Dingee.Park into the business district was on motion of Trustee Ryan,seconded by Trustee <br />Mabie same be referred to the Planing.; Commissioners-fjr a report on same,ieTotion Carried. s <br />. i <br />Two petitions were presented to the Board by property owners in the Mezesville subdivision } <br />asking for improvements of streets ,was on motion of Trustee McNulty,seconded by Trustee 1 <br />Ryan,said petition be received and filed and referred to the City Engineer to report back <br />at next meeting,Motion Carried. <br />Application of the Order of Owls,for a permit to hold a dance in I.O.O.F.Hall Saturday <br />evening February 28th,1925 until one o'clock,same was granted bn motion of Trustee Ryan, <br />seconded. by Trustee McNulty and carried. <br />Communication from the Redwood City Community Christmasree Committee was on motion of ! <br />Trdstee'.Ryan,seconded by. Trustee Tricilulty same be received and filed,Motion Carried. <br />Affidavit of A.S.Ligouri in the matter of posting notice of filing application and <br />affidavit of H.A.Beeger in the matter of filing application for a permit to build and <br />construct a wholesale station for Gasoline,oils etc,was on mot.on of Trustee iviabie,secondeL <br />by Trustee McNulty same be received and filed,Alolion Carried. <br />The following application was approved by Fire Chief Td.E.Ryan,to-wit;- <br />To the Board Qf Trustees of the Town of Redwood City; <br />Gentlemen; <br />I,the undersigned,Chief of the Fire Departmant of the <br />Town of Redwood City,hereby approve the application of H.A.Beeger , <br />under Ordinance No.150 of said Town for a permit to build and <br />construct a wholesale station for handling of petroleum,gasoline, <br />bensine,crude patroleum and distillate,upon northeast portion of the <br />Ligouri property at the northeasterly end of Chestnut street in the <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />Dated.February 16th.1925. <br />M.E.Ryan. <br />------------------------------- <br />Chief of the lire Department of the <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />On motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Mellulty,permit be granted to H.A.Beeger <br />for the building and construction of a wholesale station including all necessary tanks, <br />etc for the handling of Patroleleum,Gasoline,Bensine,Naptha Crude Patroleum and Distillate <br />aloe Mr.Beeger be excused from voting,2diotion Carried. <br />Trustee Mabie offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee McNulty <br />seconds the motion,Aiotion Carried, <br />I <br />
