<br />Resolved, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did mn the 2nd
<br />February 1925,pass its Resolution of Intention No.H-I,to order the hereinafter described
<br />jwork to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City,which Resolution
<br />of Intention No.H-I was duly and legally published as.regmired by law as appears from tka
<br />4 affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town.; and
