<br />fications posted or on file,in the Redwood City Standard,a weekly newspaper of general
<br />circulation,published,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being no
<br />daily or semipweekly newspaper published or circulated therein),for the period required by
<br />law,said newspaper being hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said
<br />Town of Redwood City.
