<br />SrCTION 1. For the purpose of pro-
<br />tecting the public health, pence and

<br />unlawful for any person, persons, com-

<br />SCCTTO\ V. It is hereby made the
<br />duty of any person, persons, company
<br />or corporation conducting or maintain -
<br />Ing any auto camp under the provis-
<br />ions of this ordinance to keep posted in
<br />each tent, building or compartment
<br />used for camping purposes a set of
<br />rules and regulations embodying fit
<br />concise terms the penal provisions of
<br />this ordinance.
<br />SCCTION Vl. an auto camp as men-
<br />tionod In this ordinance Is defined to
<br />be a calor). camp ground or piece of
<br />real property where persons are al-
<br />lowed Or permitted for a contain fee
<br />to camp, stop, live of rennaln.
<br />SCCTION V11. Any person, persons,
<br />coapanw or corporation violating ani•
<br />of the provisions of this ordinance
<br />shall be deepled guilty of a misdenlenn-
<br />ar and upon conviction thereof shalt
<br />he punished by a fine not exceeding
<br />two hundred (#2400) dollars or by Im-
<br />prisonment fn the County Jail of the
<br />County of San Mateo, State of Califor-
<br />ltin, not exceeding nicety (00) days, or
<br />by both such fine and Imprisonment,
<br />and every day during which a violation
<br />of this ordinance shall continue shall
<br />be and constitute a separate offense.
<br />SECTIO\ 4171. All ordinances or
<br />parts or ordinances In conflict with this
<br />ordinance are hereby repealed.
<br />SCCTION IN. This ordinance shall
<br />be published once In the Redwood City
<br />Stannard, :t weekly newspaper pub-
<br />lished, printed and circulated In said
<br />'Town of Redwood City wad shall Latin
<br />effect and be In farce from and after
<br />thirty days front and after Its pass-
<br />age.
