<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.H-2.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did on the 16th
<br />day of February,1925,pass its Resolution of Intention No.H-2,to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City,which
<br />Resolution of Intention No.H-2,was duly and leagally published as appears from the
<br />affidavit of J.D.Hedge,now on file in the office 6f the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.H-2,headeclT'NOTICE OF
<br />M,PROVEMBNT",were fuly and legallay posted along the said line of said contemplated work
<br />and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed thereforerpin time,
<br />form,man.ner and number as re-quired by law,as Appears from the affidavit of V.L.Dimmitt,
<br />Street Superintendent of said Town,and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said
<br />Town; and
<br />WHEREAS,it appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,4e-reinbefore referred to In rein, that
<br />the posting of said notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention N6.H-2.was
<br />completed on the 3rd.day of March,1925; and
<br />WHEREAS,in and by said Resolution of Intention No.H-2, and the notices of the passage

<br />•thereof,posted as aforesaidmsaid Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City fixed
<br />Monday the 16th.fay of March,1925,at the hour of 7-30 o'clock P.I.I.of daid day at the
<br />meeting place of said Board of Trustees in the council chamber in the Town Hall on Webste7
<br />Street,in said Town. of Redwood City,County of San IvTateo,State of California,as the day,
<br />hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed
<br />work and improvements described in said Resolution of intention No. H-2,or to the proposed
<br />grades at which said work is to be done ,nd made, could appear before the Board of Trust3e:
<br />and show cause why said proposed work a_.d improvements should not be carried out in ac=
<br />cordance with said Resolution of Intention I7o.H-2,or why said work and improvements should
<br />hot be carried out and done at the grades shorn on the olans,profiles and specifications
<br />referred to in said Resolution of Intention No.H-2; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the day,hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.H-2,and in
<br />the notices of the passage thereof,posted as aforesaid,when and where any and all persons
<br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution
<br />of Intention No.H-2,or having any objections to the propised grades at which said work
<br />and improvements are to be done and made,coudd appear before the Board of Trustees of
<br />said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should
<br />not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.H-2,or why said
<br />proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades
<br />as shown on the plans,profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of
<br />Intention No.H-2,no person or persons appeared and no objections of any kind -were made
<br />against the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.
<br />H-2 or against the propened grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and
<br />made,and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work and
<br />improvements;
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the work and
<br />improvements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood
<br />City,to-wit; I
