<br />RESOLVED, that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids
<br />except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and
<br />making said improvements to the lowest,regular responsible bidder,to-wit;
<br />E.M.DEARBORN
<br />at the prices named in his bid.
<br />The Ttm ,Clerk is hereby directed to post a notice of this award conspicuously for five
<br />days near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />and also to publish said notice of award for two successive insertions in the Redwood
<br />City Standard,a weekly nowspaper,published, and cir culated in said Yown,(there being no
<br />daily or semi-weekly Newspaper published or circulated therein)'and hereby designated for
<br />that purpose by said Board of Trustees.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />8,45 o'clock P.M.on Monday the 30th.day of Marchs1925,at a regular adjourned meeting of
<br />said Board by the following iaote;

<br />signed letter with their bon&,from the Pacific Telephone & Telegraph -Company for keeping
<br />in repairs,, for the_ltwo years th6 streets excavated,:

<br />Carried,same be referred to City Engineer Dimmitt.
