<br />of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. H

<br />appears from the affidavits of C.L.Dimmitt and J.D.Hedge now on file in;the,ioffice of the
<br />r
<br />Clerk of the Town of Redwood City to which reference are hereby made and same are made a
<br />part hereof; and
<br />Whereas, within the time fixed by law weherein objections could be made to the work and
<br />and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention NO -H-3 no objections of any kind
<br />were made and delivered to the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />Whereas* the Board of Trus�ress of the Town of Redwood City has determined and does here
<br />determine that no further proceedings are necessary or proper in the premises and that no
<br />damage will result to any one by the closing of said streets and portion thereof hereinbefo
<br />mentioned, butthat the closing thereof is,`and will be for the public interest and benefit
<br />and that said streets and portions thereof hereinbefore and hereinafter mentioned should be
<br />abandoned, and vacated as public streets and highways or portions thereof and permanently
