<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION. NO, G-10.
<br />Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the* Town of Redwood City did on the 17th day of
<br />November; 1924, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No, -G.-3- for the doing of the work
<br />therein described; and

<br />WHEREAS, thereafter and' on the 29th day of March 1925, there was filed in the office of
<br />the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, the assessment for the work.done under than certain
<br />contract dated February 6th, 1925, between GEORGE C. DEGOZYER, first party, and C.L.Dimmitt
<br />as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City,assecond party, for the doing of
<br />the work mentioned and describedin said Resolution of .Intention No. G-10; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of hearing thereon was duly and ,
<br />regularly given by the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City,a,s appears from affidavitt of W.A.
<br />Price, Town Clerk. and J.D.Hedge, which affidavits are now on file in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Townoof Redwood City; and `
<br />WHEREAS, within the time allowed by law, when and where all persons interested in said
<br />work or in said assessment,feelings aggrieved,by anyact or determination of the Superinten-
<br />dent of Streets or who claim thatthe work has not been performed according to the said
<br />contract, in a good and substantial manner, or who claim that any portion of the work was
<br />omitted or illegally included in the contract or having any objections to the correetness
<br />of the assessment or diagram of any other act of thing in relation to said work and assess
<br />meat, could appeal to the said council as provide by law, no person or persons eppealed and
<br />no objections of any kind were made; and
<br />Said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction in said matter.
<br />BE IT THEREFORE hESOLVED,sthat the assessment hereinbefore mention for the work done
<br />under Resolution of Intention No.G-10. be, and the same is hereby_ confirmed.
<br />Passed read adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of April, 1925, by the fllowing vote:
