<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town, of Redwood City that a
<br />the bid of Wells Fargo Bank &'Union Trust Co and Heller Bruce & Co, for the whole issue of
<br />said Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1925 of said Town, be, and the same is hereby accepted;
<br />and that said Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1925 of said Town,number from one ( 1 ) to
<br />thirty (30), both number inclusiva, aggregating thirty thousand (030,000) d&llars be,ana
<br />they are hereby sold to Wells Fargo Bank & Union Trust Co, and Heller Bruce & Co, for the
<br />sum of par,accrued interest to date of delivery and a premium of THIRTEEN HUNDRED AND
<br />TWENTY

<br />it further
<br />resolved
<br />that the Treasure of said Toewn, upon,the payment of said sum
<br />of par,accrued interest to date off delivery and a premium of THIRTEEN.HUNDRED AND TWENTY
<br />SIX (1326) DOLLARS into the Town Treasury of said Town by said Wells Fargo Bank & Union
<br />Trust Co and Heller Bruce & Co be, and he is hereby directed to deliver the said Municipal
<br />improvement Bonds of 1925 of said Town to said Wells Fargo Bank & Union Trust Co and Hellev
<br />Bruce & Co.

<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redood City at a regular meeting
<br />of said Board held on the 4th day of May, 1925, by the following vote:

<br />the County Board of Supervisors regarding the charging of laboratory work at the Community
<br />Hospital,Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Mabie seconded by Trustee Ryan the following dance permits be granted,
<br />Old Timers Club in Foresters Hall, Wednesday evenings May 6,13,20,27, and Saturday evenings
<br />May 9,16,23, 1923, until 12 o'clock.
