<br />are to be made the owners of certain property in the district to be assesssecl for said work
<br />and improvements made a written protest against the proposed work and improvements and

<br />WHEREAS the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did proceed to hear said pro-
<br />test and to consider the same, and haviilg duly considered said protest,it is hereby resolved

<br />RESOLVED, that as. the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did,on the 6th.day
<br />)f April,1925,pass its Resolution of Intention No.H-4 to order the hereinafter described
<br />• work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City,which Resolution
<br />Of Intention No -H-4 was duly and Regally published as appears from the acPfidavit of J.D.
<br />I: iedge,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />{; WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of ':.Intention No.H-¢,headed"Notice
<br />OF IIti'LPROVEMENT1' were duly and legaq:ly;;posted along the line of said contemplated wort and
<br />improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor and upon all
<br />the streets in the district to be assessed,in time,form,manner and nuruber as required by
<br />i' law,as appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent of said Town of

<br />Redwood City,and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; .nd
<br />WHEREAS,it appears from the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt,Street Superintendent,hereinbefore
<br />referred to herein, that the posting of said notices of the passage of said Resolution No.
<br />H-4,was completed on the 20th.day of April,1925; and
