1 , That I.Ionday the 1st day of June, 1825, at the hour of 8 o'clock. 2.1-1. of said day at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City, County Of San Mateo, State of California, be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place when objections to the proposed removal of such weeds will be heard and given due consideration, and that said notices shall be posted as aforesaid at least five days prior to the time of hearing objections fixed by said Board of Trustees. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 18th day of May, 19259 by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees. RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that whereas,certain weeds are growing in the Town of Redwood City, upon thu streets and in front of the propert hereinafter mentioned, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy and downy nature and will attain such growth as to become a fire menace when dry; and WHEREAS, the said weeds constitute a public nuisance. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance, and it is order that said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by that certain act of the legislature of the State of Calif- ornia, entitled, "An Act Authorizing Municipalities to decla.re.noxiuos or dangerous weedd growing upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities, to be a public nuisance, creating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalk or upon which such nuisance exists for the cost of abating same, approved May 26th,1925- The streets upon which and the private property in front of which said nuisance exits are more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Brewster Avenue from Til Camino Real to Allgrton Street. Arguello Street from Rogers Street 1 to Broadway.
