414 <br />That Udgep•ood Road from Melrose <br />Mace to the southwesterly Ilmlts of <br />the Town of Redwood City; and also <br />that Whipple Avenue from the mouth - <br />westerly property lino of `WOOdstec$ <br />Place extended southeasterly in a <br />straight line across 'Whipple Avenue, <br />to the southwesterly limits of the. <br />Town of Itedwootl City, including fill <br />street limit avenue intersections and <br />terminations and portions thereof <br />within the lines of the above described <br />streets, roads and avenues be hu - <br />proved am follows, to -wit, <br />That the roadways and portions of <br />roadways of said above described <br />streets, roads and avenues be graded <br />and paved with a five (G) inch <br />cemont concrete pavement. The pave- <br />ment hereinbefore mentioned to be con- <br />structed upon the termination of Jeter <br />Street and Whipple Avenue shall ex- <br />tend eleven (11) feet southeasterly <br />from the southeasterly line of Whipple <br />Avenue to connect with pavement now <br />ht place; the pavement horcinbefore <br />mentioned to be constructed at the <br />termination of Bing Street and Whip- <br />ple Avenue shall extend ton (10) feet <br />southeasterly from the southeasterly <br />line of Whhmle Avenue to connect with <br />pavement now In place; the pavement <br />hereinbefore mentioned to be eeastrum- <br />ed at Lite termhuttiod of Lowell Street <br />and Whipple Avenue shall extend ten <br />(10) foot southeasterly from the south- <br />easterly line of Whipple Avenue to <br />connect with pavement now in place; <br />Cite pavem8nt heroinbeforo mentioned <br />to be constructed at the termination <br />or Myrtle Street and Whipple Avenue <br />shall extend three (8) feet southeast- <br />erly from the southeasterly line of <br />LVhlpple Avenue to connect with pave- <br />ment now in place; the pavement here- <br />in before mentioned to he constructed <br />:it the termination of Nevada street <br />and Whipple Avenue shall extend eight <br />(3) feet southeasterly from the south- <br />easterly line of Whipple Avenue to <br />connect with pavement now In place. <br />That hydraulic cement concrete curbs <br />he constructed on both sides of the <br />Vtt'CCCs and avenues above described <br />to be paved, said curbs to be six (0) <br />inches across the top and eleven (11) <br />Inches deep and to be made and con- <br />structed at the salve time as the pave- <br />ment so that there will be no joint <br />betwoen the curb and pavement. Said <br />curb shall p�ilo be constructed upon <br />all cornors df Intersecting and termin- <br />ating streets find ai'enues wherever <br />.sold streets and avenues are to be <br />paved Its hereinbefore described. There <br />is excepted, however, from the curb <br />herein mentioned a piece on the south- <br />easterly side of Whipple Avenue be- <br />tween the southwesterly property line <br />of Woodstoclt Place extended south- <br />easterly in it straight line to the <br />:outbeasterly line of Whipple Ave- <br />nue and the northeasterly line of Iris <br />Ftreet, Including the curb return on <br />the southeasterly corner of Iris Sheet <br />and Whipple Avenue, curb being now III <br />place. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 10th day of August, 1925, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution.
