414 That Udgep•ood Road from Melrose Mace to the southwesterly Ilmlts of the Town of Redwood City; and also that Whipple Avenue from the mouth - westerly property lino of `WOOdstec$ Place extended southeasterly in a straight line across 'Whipple Avenue, to the southwesterly limits of the. Town of Itedwootl City, including fill street limit avenue intersections and terminations and portions thereof within the lines of the above described streets, roads and avenues be hu - proved am follows, to -wit, That the roadways and portions of roadways of said above described streets, roads and avenues be graded and paved with a five (G) inch cemont concrete pavement. The pave- ment hereinbefore mentioned to be con- structed upon the termination of Jeter Street and Whipple Avenue shall ex- tend eleven (11) feet southeasterly from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue to connect with pavement now ht place; the pavement horcinbefore mentioned to be constructed at the termination of Bing Street and Whip- ple Avenue shall extend ton (10) feet southeasterly from the southeasterly line of Whhmle Avenue to connect with pavement now In place; the pavement hereinbefore mentioned to be eeastrum- ed at Lite termhuttiod of Lowell Street and Whipple Avenue shall extend ten (10) foot southeasterly from the south- easterly line of Whipple Avenue to connect with pavement now in place; Cite pavem8nt heroinbeforo mentioned to be constructed at the termination or Myrtle Street and Whipple Avenue shall extend three (8) feet southeast- erly from the southeasterly line of LVhlpple Avenue to connect with pave- ment now in place; the pavement here- in before mentioned to he constructed :it the termination of Nevada street and Whipple Avenue shall extend eight (3) feet southeasterly from the south- easterly line of Whipple Avenue to connect with pavement now In place. That hydraulic cement concrete curbs he constructed on both sides of the Vtt'CCCs and avenues above described to be paved, said curbs to be six (0) inches across the top and eleven (11) Inches deep and to be made and con- structed at the salve time as the pave- ment so that there will be no joint betwoen the curb and pavement. There is excepted, however, from the curb herein mentioned a piece on the south- easterly side of Whipple Avenue be- tween the southwesterly property line of Woodstoclt Place extended south- easterly in it straight line to the :outbeasterly line of Whipple Ave- nue and the northeasterly line of Iris Ftreet, Including the curb return on the southeasterly corner of Iris Sheet and Whipple Avenue, curb being now III place. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 10th day of August, 1925, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution.
