<br />day of August, 1925, pass this Resolution of Intention No.•H-13 to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, which
<br />Resolution of Intention No. 33:�13 was duly and legally published as required by law as appears
<br />from, the affidavit of Jas D,Hedge now on file in the office bf the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />WHEREAS, notices of passage of said Resolution of Intention No, H-13 headed "NOTICE OF
<br />IMPROVEHENT1t were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and im-
<br />provements and in front of all,propert liable to be assessed therefor and upon all the streets
<br />in the district to be assessed in time, from, manner and number as required by law, as app-
<br />ears from the affidavit of C,L,Dimmitt, Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood
<br />City, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town; and
<br />AftERW, it appears from the affidavit of C,L,Dimmitt, Street Superintendent herein-
<br />before referred to herein that the posting of said notice of passage of said Resolution of
<br />Intention NO,H-13 was completed on the day of August, 1925; and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention,No.Hi3 and in the notices of the pass-
<br />age thereof posted as aforesaid said Board of Trustees of The Town of Redwood City fixed
<br />Monday, the 31st, day of August, 19259 at the hour of eight o1olock P,M, of said day at the
<br />meeting place of the Board of Trustees of said Town in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall
<br />om Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California,
<br />as the day hour, and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the
<br />proposed work and improvements described in said.Resolution. of Intention NoeH-13 and herein.,
<br />after herein described,or to the proposed grades at which said work is to be done and made,
<br />could appear before said Board of Trustees and show cause why said work and improvements :-
<br />should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No.H-13, or why
<br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as
<br />shown on the planesprof les and specifications referred to in said Reslution of Intention
<br />Noe H-13; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour and placexfixed in said Resolution of Intention NoeH-13 and
<br />in the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid when and where any and all persons,
<br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Redolution of
<br />Intention noeH-13 or having any objections to the proposed district to be assessed for said
<br />work and improvements or having any objections to the proposed grades at whivhsaid work and
<br />improvements are to be done and made, could appear before the Board of said Town of Redwood
<br />City and show cause why said proposed work or improvements should not be carried out in
<br />accordance with said Resolution of Intention No, H-13 or why said proposed work and improv-
<br />ements should not be carried out and done at the grade as shown on the plans,profiles and
<br />specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention NoeH-13,-no person or persons
<br />apperaed and no objections of any kind were made against said work and improvements or aga-
<br />inst the district to be assessed therefor or against the grades''s,t,which said work and imp-
<br />rovements are to be done and made, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired j'riddic-
<br />tion to proceed and order said work and improvements;
<br />THEREFORE BEIT RESOLVER that the public interest and convenienaeorequire the work
<br />and improvements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the
<br />Town of Redwood City
