<br />That the doing of the proposed work under said Resolution will cause a heavy sea-
<br />"ement against said corporation in a sum that will be extremely burdensome by reason of
<br />the hoary demands which corporation has been foroed to meet for street improvements during
<br />the past two years, that such assessments and proposed assessment are in such sums as to
<br />tend to make said property unsalable at a price sufficient to most the cost thereof.
<br />WHEBEFORE, said Redwood Highlands Company, a corporation, objects to said proposed
<br />improvement and prays that no futher proceedings be taken in the matter.

<br />of shoulders on the Highway bet Finger Ave and the oreek be referred to the City Attorney
