<br />Trustee Monteith offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee Ryan se-
<br />conds the motion, Motion carried,
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK N09 H-14.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas, the .Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City did on the 10th
<br />day of August, 1925, pass its Resolution of Intention No. H-14 to order the hereinafter
<br />described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Liedwood City, which
<br />Resolution of Intention No -H-14, was duly and legally published as required by law as appears
<br />from the affidavit of John Isaac, now on filein the office of the Clerk of said Town; and I
<br />MEAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention NO.H-14 headed ''NOTICE
<br />OF IMPROVEMENTS" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated work and
<br />improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor and upon all streets
<br />in the district to be assessed in time, manner and number as required by law as appears from
<br />the affidavit of C.L.Dimmitt, 6uperintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City and now
<br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town: and
<br />«HEREAS, it appears from the affidavit -of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superintendent hereinbefore
<br />referred to herein, that the posting of said Resolution of Intention No. H-14 was completed
<br />on the ------- _.... day of August, 1925; and
<br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. H-14 and in the noticesof the passage
<br />thereof posted as aforesaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City fixed Monday,

<br />of the Board of Trustees of said Town, in the Council chamber in the Town Hall on iiebster
<br />Street in said mown of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the day,
<br />hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work
<br />and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention .o. H-14 and hereinafter herein
<br />described or to the proposed district to be assessed for said work and improvements or to '
<br />the proposed grades said work and improvements are to be done and made, could appear before
<br />the .Board of Trustees of said Town and show cause why said work and improvements should not
<br />be carried out in accordance with said .iesolution of Intention ado. .'-14, or why said proposed
<br />work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the grades as shown on the plans,
<br />profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. H-14; and
<br />'rrHEREAS, at the said day, hour and placed fixed in said Resolution of Intention and in
<br />the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid when and where any and all persons
<br />having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of
