Motion carried. <br />:ESOLUTION ADOPTING PLnNS AND SPECIFICATION NO. H-16. <br />"ESOLVED, by the board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San ,Mateo, <br />State of California, that the plans, profiles and specifications for doing the following <br />Roes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees. <br />VONE . <br />-------------------- <br />M <br />work and making the following improvements in said Town of Redwood city, to wit: <br />That Myrtle Street from the north- <br />westerly line of Jefferson Avenue to�the <br />' <br />northwesterly line of Katherine Street; <br />.James Avenue from the- northeasterly <br />line of Myrtle Street to the northeast- <br />erly line of King Street; Lowell Street <br />from the northwesterly line of James, <br />Avenue to the northwesterly line of <br />Katherine Street; King Street from the <br />northwesterly line of Jefferson Avenue <br />to the northwesterly line of Katherine <br />Street; Lexington Avenue from north- <br />easterly line of Myrtle Street to north- <br />easterly line of King Street: and Kath- <br />erine Street from the northeasterly <br />line of King 5teet southwesterly to the <br />southwesterly Line of that portion of <br />Myrtle Street lying easterly from Kath- <br />erine Street extended westerly In a <br />straight line across Katherine Street <br />Including all intersections and termin- <br />ations and portions thereof within the <br />lines of the above described streets <br />and avenues be Improved as'follows, to - <br />wit: <br />That the roadways and portions of <br />roadways within the lines of the above <br />described streets and avenues be grad- <br />ed and paved with a Portland cement <br />concrete Pavement five (6) Inches thick <br />upon a base or cushbon of broken stone <br />three (2) Inches thick which pavement <br />shall be laid and constructed accord - <br />Ing to the Vbbrolithic method. <br />That hydraulic cement concrete curbs <br />be constructed on both sides of the <br />herelnbeforo mentioned strpots and av- <br />enues that are to be paved, said curb <br />to be six (6) Inches across the top and <br />eleven (11) Inches thick, and said curb <br />to be constructed at the same time as <br />the Pavement so that there shall be no <br />Joint between the curb and the pave- <br />ment. Said hydraulic cement concrete <br />curbs shall also be constructed upon <br />all corners of Intersecting and term- <br />inating streets and avenues within the <br />lines of the streets and avenues here- <br />inabove described to be Paved. <br />Reference is hereby made to VCBRO- <br />LITHIC CONCRETE PAVING AGREE- <br />MENT of the Callfonla. Vlbrollthic Com- <br />pany, dated, March 26th, 1926, and now <br />on file In the office of the Clerk of the <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />what said plans, profiles and specifications have been prepared by the City Engineer of <br />said Town of redwood City and submitted this 8th day of September, 19250 be and they are here- <br />by adopted as and for the plans, profiles and specifications for doing said work and making <br />said improvements. <br />,assed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood Jity at a regular <br />meeting of said Board held on the 8th day of September, 1925, by the following vote: <br />i <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees. <br />A.
