<br />that Resolution Ordering Plans abd Specifications No. H-15, ,•.resolution Adopting dans and
<br />pecifications i;o. H-15 and Resolution of intention No. 11-15 be, and each of them is hereby
<br />recinded and set aside and made of no force and effect.
<br />Passed and adopthd by the Board of Trustees of the Rown of Redwood Uity at a regular
<br />meeting of said Doard held on the 8th day of September, 1925, by the following vote:

<br />An Ordinance fixing the amount of
<br />money to be raised by taxation uipon
<br />the taxable Property within the Town
<br />of Redwood City as a revenue to car-
<br />ry on the various departments of said
<br />Town for the current year 1925-1926
<br />and to Pay the bonded Indebtedness of
<br />said Town falling due and becoming
<br />Payable dtu•ini; said year together with
<br />the Interest thereon and to Pay the
<br />Principal and interest upon certain
<br />bonds in certain assessment districts
<br />under the Improvement Bond Act of
<br />1915 of the State of Caltfo•nia„which
<br />amounts are unpaid by the owiers of
<br />the ,property therein,
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town
<br />of Redwod City do ordain as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />SECTION 1, The amount of money
<br />necossary to be raised by taxation on
<br />the taxable property within the Town
<br />Of Redwood City as a revenue to car-
<br />ry on the various departments of said
<br />lTown for the current year 1925:1926
<br />and to pay the bonded indebtedness of
<br />said Towp falling due and becoming
<br />payable during said year together with
<br />the Interest thereon and for the pay-
<br />mont of certain bonds in certain assess-
<br />ment districts under the Iihin"ovPment
<br />Bond Act of 1915 of the State of Cali-
<br />fornia which have been unpaid by„ the
<br />owners of a propertyfix Is hereby um of
<br />tanned t0 be and (s fixed at the sum Of
<br />one hundred and eight -thousand two
<br />hundred and eighty-four and 33-100
<br />($108,284.33) dollars that is to say,
<br />$365,00 for the payment of the Nater
<br />Works Bonds of said Town falling due
<br />and becoming payable during said year
<br />,together with the Interest thereon;
<br />$190.87 for the payment of the Electric
<br />Light Bonds of said Town falling due'

<br />May 28th, 1900, the date when addit-

<br />Town, and not otherwise); $4693.75 for
<br />the Payment of the,lfunlCiPal Improve-
<br />ment Bonds of 1905 of said Town fall -

<br />said year, together with Interest there-
<br />on; $1192.50 for the Payment of the
<br />Nater Extension System Bonds of'said
