<br />The following Resolution was the action takiin by the Board in the application of Mr P.
<br />Clarkin: to -wit.
<br />RESOLVED, by Trustee RYAN, seconded by Trustee konteith, that the request of Lir P.Clarkin
<br />for an order of this Board directing the Southern Pacific Railroad Company to lower the spam
<br />track at the northern and of Monroe Street,%'to grade and to remove the posts across the street
<br />near said track, be denied for the reason that the Board cannot see the neessaity of lowering
<br />said track for the reason that it is at the extreme dead end of the street and that the posts
<br />are necessary to prevent the public from driving upon the railroad tracks of the Southern
<br />Pacific Company. Motion carried.
<br />Reports of the Treasuer,Tax Collector, Building,Dlumbing and Electrical Inspector,Supt
<br />of Parks, and Poundmaster, was on mouton of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee Ryan said
<br />reports be received and filed. Motion carried.
