April 28th.1923 until 3 o'clock. <br />Trustee Beeger offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee Ryan seconds <br />the motion,Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF REDWOOD <br />CITY,SAN MATEO COUNTY,CALIFORNSA. <br />RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, this Bard declares itself <br />as utterly opposed to Senate Bill 44.7, and to the underlying principle back of said bill; <br />that this Board feels that a survey of conditions and estimate of the probably cost of the <br />proposed character of development work should be formulated before the creation of ahy such <br />contemplated district. <br />THEREFORE,be it further Resolved, that this Board'andorsessSenate Bill 658,provided that <br />it be so that the survey will comprise all territory fronting on the bay shore of San Mateo <br />County, and provided further that the appropriation of $50,000.00 referred to in said act be <br />eliminated, and that this board recommends that the expenses of slid survey,not exceed <br />25,000.00 shall be assumed ratably by San Francisco and San Mateo County on the basis of <br />the assessed valuation of each. <br />AYES and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, <br />Trustees,C.K.Mabie,H.A.Beeger,M.E.Ryan,G.W.McNulty. <br />----------------------------------------------------- ~ ------- <br />NOES,Trastees,None <br />r --- <br />Absent,Trustees,None.--- <br />Affidavit of das.D.Hedge in the matter of publishing and affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Supt. <br />of Streets in the matter of posting notice of improvement under Resolution of Intention <br />No.F,3,was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Beeger and carried same be received <br />and filed. <br />Trustee Mabie offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trastee Beeger second. <br />the motion, Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO, F- 3. <br />RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City ,did,on the I2th. <br />day of March,1923,pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No -F-3 to order the hereinafter <br />work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City,which Resolution <br />of Intention No -F-3 was dull and legally published as required by law,as:appea.,razXrom the <br />9 <br />Lq <br />
