<br />the affidavit or Edward. Dearborn,Street Superintendent of said Town of Redwood City,which
<br />affidavit is now on file in the office of thenTown Clerk of Redwo;d City; and
<br />WHEREAS it appears from said affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent,above
<br />referred to that the posting of said notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention
<br />No,F-3,was completed on the 20th,day of Match,1923; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention NO,F-3 and in the notices of
<br />the passage thereof,so posted as aforesaid.,when and where any and all person or persons
<br />could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why
<br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said
<br />Resolution of Intention NO,F-3,or why said proposed work and improvements should not be
<br />carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans and specifications there.,
<br />for now on file in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town,no person or persons appeared
<br />and no objections of any kind were made against said proposed work and improvements or
<br />against the grades at which it is proposed to do and make said work and improvements, and
<br />said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to order said work and improvement4
<br />IT IS HEREBY RESO%VED, that the public interest and convenience require the work and Im-
<br />provements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the town of Redw)od City,County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California, hereby orders the following work to be done and improve-
