Redwood City December 1441925, 7.30 O'clock, P.M. Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees held. Upon roll call there were present, Trustees Pres, H.A.Beeger, A.E.Monteith, G.w.MeNulty A.E.Ryan, Clerk W*A.Price. On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith, minutes of meetings held November 16th, and December 7th, 19259 be dispensed with until next regular meeting. Motion carried. Fire Chief Ryan submitted his annual report for the year 1925, to the Board said report being a lenghtly one, and contained the activities of the Department for the last year, also the losses by fire, and also recommendations covering the Department for the coming year, was on motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee McNulty said report be received and filed and Chief Ryan be commended on his fine report, Motion carried. The following officers for the coming year for the Fire Department was presented to the Board to -wit: Fire Chief, M.E.Ryan. First Asst Chief, C.E.Choate. Second Asst Chief, P.d.Darracue. Secty & Treasurer, A,S,Zigouris was on motion of Trustee Monteith, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the foregoing officers be confirmed by the Board. Motion carried* on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the Clerk be in structed to two and half inch purchase 500 feet of/Murray 105 Fire hose at $1.15 per foot, Also 300 feet of one and half inch double jacket Wawona fire hose at 70 cents per foot, Motion carried. Moved by trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee Monteith, the final payment on the settling be laid over until next meeting. Motion carried. Moved by Trustee MoNulty, seeonded by Trustee Monteith, the Chestnut Street improvements be excepted on the approval of the Supt of Streets, Motion carried.
