<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, President H.A.Beeger, G*W,MeNulty, M,E.Ryan.
<br />Clerk, W.A.Prioe.
<br />Absent, Trustee, A.E.Monteith.
<br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Ryan minutes of the last meetings be contin-
<br />ued until next regular meeting. Motion carried,
<br />Communication from A.D.Walsh, regarding fire insurance on the new dwelling be constructed
<br />at the pumping plant, was on motion of Trustee Ryan seconded by Trustee McNulty same be
<br />received and filed, Motion carried,
<br />Communication from Mr B.E.Myers for a refund of $15,00 being 2/3 amount of taxes)oniLots
<br />2 and 3. Blk 9, Dingee Park by the Methodist Church, was on motion of Trustee McNulty,seoond.

<br />Moved by Trustse Ryan, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Board donate the usual sum of

<br />Application of the Pacific Gas & Electric Co for permission to set the following poles.
<br />Po set four poles on Iris St as per Blue Print #1133-R.
<br />To set two poles on Grant Ave, as per Blue Print 1134-R,
<br />Po set one pole on Ebener St as per Blue Print #1135-R.
<br />was on motion of Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee McNulty same be granted on the approval

<br />Moved by Trustee Ryan, seconded by Trustee McNulty the City Electrician be instructed to
<br />install a street light at Lowell and Katherine Streets the amount to be about $100,000

<br />Application of S, Weissman for a permit to hold a dance in Foresters Hall, Saturday eve
<br />January 9th, 1926, until One o'clock, was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee
<br />Ryan said permit be granted, Motion carried,
<br />Trustee McNulty offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee Ryan seco-

<br />RESOLUTION.

<br />RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo.
<br />State of California, that, whereas, the Town of Redwood City is the owner of lots numbered
<br />53 and 54, as designated and delineated upon that certain map entitled "Map No. 1 of Sub
<br />division No 2 of a portion of Wellesley Park, San Mateo County, California" filed in the
<br />office of the Recorder of the County Of San Mateo, State of California, June 20th,1890, in
<br />volume "B" of Maps at page 46, which lots were acquired by said Town of Redwood City for the
<br />purpose of opening Oakdale Street from Arlington Road to Whipple Avenue in said Town of Red-
<br />wood City.
<br />Now, THEREFORE, be it resolved that said lots numbered 53 and 54, as designated and
<br />delineated upon that certain map entitled "Map No, 1 of Subdivision -No. 2 of a portion of
<br />Wellesley Park, San Mateo County, State of California, above referred to and described, be
<br />and the same are dedicated and opened tp publio use and same are hereby named and described
<br />as Oakdale Street.
<br />Passed and .adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regul-
<br />ated meeting of said Board held on the 21st day of December, 1925, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
<br />G. W. McNulty, M. E. Ryan, H. A. Beeger.
