I-12. j RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,Colnty of San Tlateo, State of California. that the City Engineer be and he is hereby orered to prepare plans, d profiles, specifications and estimates for doing the following work and making the foll- i owing improvements in said Town of Redwood City, tO-wit: That a six (6) inch vitrified salt, glazed tile pipe sewer be constructed along the center line of Clinton Street commencing at a point in said center line of Clinton Street 152 feet northwest- erly from the northwesterly line of Oak Avenue and extending northwesterly to connect with manhole to be constructed at the center line of Clinton Street ex- tended to the center line of Roose- velt Avenue, provided, however, that where said sewer crosses the creek on Clinton Street same shall be constructed of a twenty (20) foot length of six (6) inch black dipped steel pipe; that three (3) brick manholes with cast, iron frames and covers be constructed along the line of, said sewer on Clinton Street, one at each end thereof and one adjacent to the southeasterly side of the bridge to be constructed across the creek on Clinton Street as hereinafter described; that twelve (12), four (4) inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be constructed along the line of said sewer on Clinton ,Street and extending from the main sewer in the center of the street to the property line on the northeasterly -side there- of; that twelve (12) four (4)'inch vitrified salt glazed the -pipe sewer laterals be constructed along the line of said sewer on Clinton Street anil extending from the main sewer in the center of the street to the property line on the southwesterly side thereof.,, That a six (6) Inch vitrified, salt glazed tile pipe sewer be constructed along the center line of Fay Street commencing at a point on the center line of said Fay Street 152 feet northwesterly from the northwesterly line - of Oak Avenue and extending north- westerly to connect with manhole to be constructed at the center line of Fay Street extended to the center line of Roosevelt Ave- nue, provided, however, that where said sewer crosses the creek on said Fay Street same shalt be constructed of a twenty (20) foot length of six (6) inch black dipped steel pipe; that three (3) brick manholes with cast iron frames and covers be constructed on the line of said sewer on Fay Street, one at each end thereof and one at a point 332 feet southeasterly from the center line of Roosevelt Ave- nue; that twelve (12), four (4) inch vitrified salt glazed the pipe sewer laterals be constructed along the line of said sewer on Fay Street and extending from the main sewer in the center of the street to the property line on the northeasterly side thereof; also that twelve (12), four (4) Inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer laterals be constructed along the line of said sewer on Fay street and extending from the main sewer in the center of the street to the property line on the southwesterly side thereof. All the foregoing laterals are to be connected with the main sewer by four (4) inch by six (6) inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer wyes, a separate wye being used for each lateral. Whenever manholes or lamp. holes are to be constructed along the line of any sewer mentioned herein ,said manholes and said lampholes shall be connected with said sewer. Whenever any sewer Is to be constructed as herein provided and there are manholes or lamp. holes existing along the line there- of, said sewer is to be connected with said existing manholes or lampholes. That Fay Street be improved by having constructed thereon over the creek on said Fay Street be. tween Roosevelt Avenue and Oak Avenue a timber bridge 15 feet In width, with a length of 64.53 feet, which bridge shall extend from the northeasterly property line of Fay Street to the south. westerly property line of Fay Street and across the creek or ditch on said Fay Street, which creek or ditch is located at a place approximately 227.66 feet northwesterly from the northwest- erly line of Oak Avenue. That Clinton Street be improved by having construtced thereon over the creek on said Clinton Street between Roosevelt Avenue and Oak Avenue a timber bridge 15 feet in width, with a length of 52.23 feet, which bridge shall ex- tend from the northeasterly prop- erty line of Clinton Street to the southwesterly property line of Clinton street and across the creek or ditch on said Clinton street which creek or ditch is located at a place ap- proximately 462.60 feet north. westerly from the northwesterly line of Oak Avenue. 0 0 '1 L 0 Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at an re, -,alar meeting; of said Board held on the 2nd day of August, 1926, by th! follovvin; vote.
