<br />Trustee Thorning offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption, Trustee

<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. I-12,
<br />RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo,
<br />the
<br />State of California, that plans, profiles and specifications for doing the following
<br />work and malting the following improvements in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit:
<br />That a six (6) inch vitrified
<br />salt glazed the pipe sewer be
<br />constructed along the center line
<br />of Clinton Street commencing at
<br />a point in said center line of
<br />Clinton Street 152 feet northwest-
<br />erly from the northwesterly line
<br />of Oak Avenue and extending
<br />northwesterly to connect with
<br />manhole to be constructed at the
<br />center line of Clinton Street ex-
<br />tended to the center line of Roose-
<br />velt Avenue, provided, however,
<br />that where said sewer crosses the
<br />creek on Clinton Street same shall
<br />be constructed of a twenty (20)
<br />foot length of six (6) inch black
<br />dipped steel pipe; that three (3)
<br />brick manholes with cast iron
<br />frames and covers be constructed
<br />along the line of said sewer on
<br />Clinton Street, one at each end
<br />thereof and one adjacent to the
<br />southeasterly side of the bridge
<br />to be constructed across the creek
<br />on Clinton Street as hereinafter
<br />described; that twelve (12), four
<br />(4) inch vitrified salt glazed the
<br />pipe sewer laterals be constructed
<br />along the line of said sewer on
<br />Clinton Street and extending from
<br />the main sewer in the center of
<br />the street to the property line
<br />on the northeasterly side there-
<br />of; that twelve (12) four (4) inch
<br />vitrified salt glazed tile pipe
<br />sewer laterals be constructed
<br />along the line of said sewer on
<br />Gunton Street and extending from
<br />the main sewer in the center of
<br />the street to the property line on
<br />the southwesterly side thereof.
<br />That a six (6) inch vitrified
<br />salt glazed tile pipe sewer be
<br />constructed along the center line
<br />of Fay Street commencing at a
<br />point on the center line of said
<br />Fay Street 152 feet northwesterly
<br />from the northwesterly line of
<br />Oak Avenue and extending north.
<br />westerly ,to connect with manhole
<br />to be 'constructed at the center
<br />line of 'Fay Street extended to
<br />the center line of Roosevelt Ave-
<br />nue, provided, however, that
<br />where said sewer crosses the
<br />creek on, said Fay Street same
<br />shall be constructed of a twenty
<br />(20) foot length of six (6) inch
<br />black dipped steel pipe; that
<br />three ' (3) brick manholes with
<br />east iron frames and covers be
<br />constructed on the line of said
<br />sewer oa Fay 'Street, one at
<br />each end thereof and one at a
<br />point 332 feet southeasterly from
<br />the center line of Roosevelt Ave-
<br />nue; that twelve (12), 'four (4)
<br />inch vitrified salt glazed the pipe
<br />sewer laterals be constructed
<br />along the line of said sewer on
<br />Fay Street and extending from
<br />the main sewer In the center of
<br />the street to the property line on
<br />the northeasterly side thereof;
<br />also that twelve (12), four (4)
<br />Inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe
<br />sewer laterals be constructed
<br />along the line' of said sewer on
<br />Fay street and extending from
<br />the main sewer in the center of
<br />the street to the property line
<br />on the southwesterly side thereof.
<br />All the foregoing laterals are
<br />to be connected with the main
<br />sewer by four (4) inch by six
<br />(6) Inch vitrified salt glazed tile
<br />pipe sewer wyes, a separate wye
<br />being used for each lateral.
<br />Whenever manholes or lamp -
<br />Holes are to be constructed along
<br />the line ' of any sewer mentioned
<br />herein said manholes and said
<br />lampholes shall be connected with
<br />said sewer.
<br />Whenever any sewer Is to be
<br />constructed as herein provided
<br />and there are manholes or lamp -
<br />holes existing along the line there-
<br />of, said sewer is to be connected
<br />with said existing manholes or '
<br />Iamphotes.
<br />That Fay Street be improved by
<br />having constructed thereon over
<br />the creek on said Fay Street be.
<br />tween Roosevelt Avenue and Oak
<br />Avenue a timber bridge 15 feet
<br />in width, with a length of 64.53
<br />feet, which bridge shall extend
<br />from the northeasterly property
<br />line of Fay Street to the south.
<br />westerly property line of Fay
<br />Street and across the creek or
<br />ditch on said Fay Street, which-;
<br />creek or ditch is located at a
<br />place approximately 227.60feet
<br />northwesterly from the northwest.

<br />That Clinton Street be Improved
<br />by having construtced thereon
<br />over the creek on said Clinton
<br />Street between Roosevelt Avenue
<br />and oak Avenue a timber bridge
<br />15 feet in width, with a length of
<br />52.28 feet, which bridge shall ex.
<br />tend from the northeasterly prop.
<br />erty line of Clinton Street to the
<br />southwesterly property line of
<br />Clinton street and across
<br />the creek or ditch on said
<br />Clinton street which creek or
<br />ditch is located at a place ap-
<br />proximately 462.60 feet north-
<br />westerly from the northwesterly
<br />line of Oak Avenue.
