68 <br />Redwood City August 9, 1926,10 o'clock, A.M. <br />Regular adjourned meeting of the Board of Trustees Held. r <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees, Pres H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning,D.R. <br />• Stafford, G.W..MeNulty, E.M.Dearborn. City Clerk <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn minutes of meeting held <br />August 2, 1926, be dispensed with until next regular meeting. Motion carried. <br />Affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleek in the matter of Publishing, and the affidavit of <br />C.L.Dimmitt in the matter of posting notices for improvements under Resolution of Int- <br />ention No. I-10, was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Dearborn said affidavits <br />be received and filed. Motion carried. <br />Two petitions were pres6ntdd to the Board from property owners facing on Phelps St <br />from Main Street to the City limits also several of the property owners addressed the <br />Board in regards to the improving of Phelps Streets after hearing the dicussions it was <br />on motion of Trustee Stafforde <br />s conded by Trustee Thorning, the hearing on Phelps St <br />be continued to Friday evening August 13th, 1926, at 8 o'clock, P.M. Motion carried. <br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee Thorning the matter of Supplies <br />for the Fire Department be laid over until Friday August 13th, 1926 at 8 o'clock, P.M. <br />Motion carried. <br />Affidavit of Jas D.
