Dimmitt, Street Super- intendent hereinbefore referred to herein, that the posting of said notices of improvement as aforesaid was completed on the 4th day of August, 1926; and WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. I-12 and the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforeslaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City fixed Monday the 16th -day of August, 1926, at the hour of 8 o'clock F. M..of said day, at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees., in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No.. I-12, or to the proposed district to be assessed therefor, or to the proposed grades at which said work is to be done and made, could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and VtHEREA.S, at the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12 and in the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid, when and Whe,re any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or having any objections U the ,v\ proposed district to be assessed therefor, or having any objections to the proposed grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made, could appear before the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, no person or persons appeared before said Board of Trustees and no objections of any kind were filed with the Clerk or with the Board of Trustees or were made against said work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or against the proposed grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said work and improvements; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements herein dexcribed, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: ire=
