L. Dimmitt, Street Super- <br />intendent hereinbefore referred to herein, that the posting of said notices of <br />improvement as aforesaid was completed on the 4th day of August, 1926; and <br />WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No. I-12 and the notices <br />of the passage thereof posted as aforeslaid, said Board of Trustees of the Town of <br />Redwood City fixed Monday the 16th -day of August, 1926, at the hour of 8 o'clock <br />F. M..of said day, at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees., in the Council <br />Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California, as the day, hour and place when and where any <br />and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described <br />in said Resolution of Intention No.. I-12, or to the proposed district to be assessed <br />therefor, or to the proposed grades at which said work is to be done and made, could <br />appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why <br />said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with <br />said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or why said proposed work and improvements <br />should not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, <br />profiles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, <br />and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and <br />VtHEREA.S, at the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention <br />No. I-12 and in the notices of the passage thereof posted as aforesaid, when and <br />Whe,re any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements <br />described in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or having any objections U the <br />,v\ <br />proposed district to be assessed therefor, or having any objections to the proposed <br />grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made, could appear <br />before the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, and show cause why said <br />proposed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said <br />Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or why said proposed work and improvements should <br />not be carried out and done at the proposed grades as shown on the plans, profiles <br />and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, and now <br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, no person or persons <br />appeared before said Board of Trustees and no objections of any kind were filed <br />with the Clerk or with the Board of Trustees or were made against said work and <br />improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. I-12, or against the <br />proposed grades at which said work and improvements are to be done and made, and <br />said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to proceed and order said <br />work and improvements; <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require <br />the work and improvements herein dexcribed, and the Board of Trustees of the Town <br />of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be <br />made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: <br />ire= <br />
