<br />MEREAS, at said time and place last herein mentioned no objections of any
<br />kind were made to said assessment, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired
<br />jurisdiction thereon,
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Tovm of Redwood City do hereby resolve as

<br />follows: that the above mentioned assessment for street work done under Resolution
<br />of intention No. I-1, hereinbefore mentioned, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
<br />PASSED AND adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City
<br />at the hour of 8.50 o'clock P. M. at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
<br />16th day of August, 1926, by the following vote:

<br />Affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck, in the matter of Publishing, and the affidavit
<br />of VT. A. Price, City Clerk, in the matter of Posting, near,Council Chamber door
<br />also affidavit of W. A. Price in the matter of mailing notice of filing.- street
<br />assessment etc, for work and improvements done under Resolution of Intention No. H-16,
<br />was on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Stafford same be received
<br />and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Resolution confirming Street Assessment No. H-16, was presented and,on motion
<br />of Trustee Thorning seconded by Trustee Stafford, the hearing on said assessment be
<br />continued to August 30th, 1926, at 8o'clock P.M. motion carried.
<br />Affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck in the matter of Publishing, and affidavit of
<br />C. L. Dimmitt, in the matter of Posting Notice of Improvement under Resolution of
<br />Intention No. I-12, was on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by Trustee Stafford
<br />same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Trustee Thorning offers the following, Resolution and moves its adoption,
<br />Trustee Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried. I
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE TORIC NO.I-12.
<br />RESOLVED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did,.
<br />on the 2nd day of August, 1926, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 1-12 to order
<br />the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town
<br />of Redwood City, which Resolution of Intention No. I-12 was duly and regularly ._
<br />published as required by law as appears from the affidavit of Sam H. Winklebleck,
<br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; and
<br />WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. I-12
<br />headed "NOTICE OF I10-ROVETdENT" were duly and legally posted along the line of said
<br />contemplated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be
<br />assessed therefor and upon all the streets in the district to be assessed therefor
<br />in time, form, manner and. nijmber as required by law, as aDpears from the affidavit
<br />
