<br />All the foregoing laterals are
<br />to be connected with the main
<br />sewer by four (4) Inch by six
<br />(6) inch vitrified salt glazed the
<br />pipe sewer wyes, a separate wye
<br />being used for each' lateral.
<br />Whenever manholes or lamp•
<br />holes are to be constructed along
<br />the line of any sewer mentioned
<br />herein said manholes and said
<br />lampholes shall be connected with
<br />said sewer.
<br />Whenever any sewer is to be
<br />constructed as herein Provided
<br />and there are manholes or lamp -
<br />holes existing along the line there.

<br />That Fay Street be improved by
<br />having constructed thereon over

<br />described and the width of the
<br />roadways of said streets and the
<br />width of the sidewalks of said
<br />streets are to be and are as
<br />shown on the plans, profiles and

<br />That the official elevations for
<br />the street grades of said streets
<br />and portions thereof, crown
<br />grades, curb grades and grade
<br />elevations for top of gutters be
<br />changed and grades different from
<br />those established or adopted prior
<br />to the adoption by the Board of
<br />Trustees of said Town of Red-
<br />wood City of the plans, profiles,
<br />and specifications hereinafter re-
<br />ferred to herein shall be adopted,
<br />and such official and different
<br />and prior grades shall be modi-
<br />fied and are Hereby modified and
<br />changed so that the official
<br />grades -shall be and conform to
<br />the grades as shown on the plans,
<br />profiles and specifications for said
<br />work and improvements, which
<br />plans, profiles and specifications
<br />were heretofore adopted by the
<br />Board of. Trustees of the Town
<br />of Redwood City on the 2nd day
<br />of August, 1926, by "Resolution
<br />Adopting Plans and Specifications
<br />No. I.12", which plans, profiles
<br />and specifications are now on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of
<br />said Town of Redwood City. All
<br />the work and improvements here.
<br />In described shall be done and
<br />made to such new official grades
<br />as shown on the plans, profiles
<br />and specifications hereinbefore
<br />mentioned, to which plans, pro-
<br />files and specifications reference
<br />Is hereby made for a description'
<br />of the grades at which said work
<br />Is to be done and said Improve-
<br />ments made and the same are
<br />made a part hereof.
<br />All the hereinbefore and here.
<br />Inabove mentioned and described
<br />work and improvements are to
<br />be done in accordance with the
<br />special 'plans, profiles and speci-
<br />fications hereinbefore mentioned,
<br />which plans, profiles and specifi-
<br />cations are now on file In the
<br />office of the Clerk of the Town
<br />I
<br />of Redwood City, and to which
<br />plans, profiles and specifications
<br />reference Is hereby made for an
<br />accurate, detailed and complete
<br />,description and location of said
<br />work and improvements and the
<br />same are made a part hereof.
<br />And the Board of Trustees of
<br />the Town of Redwood City does
<br />hereby determine and declare that
<br />the foregoing described work and
<br />improvements are of more than
<br />local or ordinary public benefit
<br />and will ^ affect and benefit the
<br />lands and district hereinafter men.

<br />hereby made for an accurate, de-
<br />tailed and complete location and
<br />description of said assessment dis.
<br />trict and the same is made a
<br />part hereof, provided, however,
<br />that all streets or portions there-
<br />of included within said assess.
<br />ment district and shown on the
<br />map thereof shall be excepted
<br />from any assessment leyted for
<br />the costs and expenses of the
<br />work aforesaid, said streets or
<br />Portions thereof now being in
<br />public use.
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that
<br />serial bonds to represent unpaid
<br />assessments and bear interest at
<br />the rate of seven (7%) per cent
<br />per annum will be issued here.

<br />1915, the last installment of which
