Motion Carried. <br />'i <br />PETITION <br />Redwood City, August 30th, 1926. <br />To The Honorable Board of Trustees, <br />Redwood City, <br />California. <br />Gentlemen: <br />iiJe the undersigned property owners in blocks numbered 9 and 10 ■��� <br />of the Eagle Hill Addition to Redviood City, respectfully protest the <br />assessment levied upon our property by the City Engineer on account of the <br />recent Street Improvement. <br />The above numbered blocks having concrete curbs already installed, <br />your engineer made the statement that credit would be given for this item <br />in the making up of the assessments. <br />Upon making comparison with the property assessments levied against <br />-badss lots that have had curbs installed in the work we find that the crgdit <br />so promised has not been given and we feel that it is an injustice imposed <br />upon us, and trust that your Honorable Board will take such steps as will <br />correct the matts:r and place it on an ecqu^,lized basis. <br />,r, Z.
