D <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn, further hearing on <br />the petition be laid over until Tuesday evening, Sept. 7th, 1926 at 8.o*clock P.M. <br />Motion carried. <br />Moved by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Stafford, the City Attorney be <br />instructed to prepare an Ordinance to establish a dead line at fires for Automobiles <br />and individuals. Motion carried. <br />Trustee Dearborn offers the following Resolution and moves its adoption. <br />Trustee Stafford seconds the motion. Motion carried. <br />RSOLUTION RECINDING ALL PROCEEDINGS UNDER RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br />No. I-10, massed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Torn of Redwood <br />City on the 21st day of July, 1926. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of -the Torn of Redwood City did on the <br />21st day of July, 191.6, pass and adopt Resolution Ordering plans and Specifications <br />No. I-10; Resolution adopting plans and Specifications No. I-10 and Resolution <br />of Intention No. I-10 for the doing of certain str9ot work on Phelps strHt in <br />said Town. of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board of"Trustees deems it for the best interests of the property <br />owners on said Phelps street to recind and setaside said prodeedings, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood <br />City and said Resolution Ordering plans and specifications No. I-10,:Resolution` <br />adopting plans and specifications No. I-10 and Hesolution of Intention No. I-10 <br />hereinbefore referred to be they are each and all of them set aside and recinded <br />µ <br />and made of no force and gffect. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Tovm, of Redwood City at a <br />regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 30th day of August, 1926, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution„ Trustees, <br />Z.T. Thorning, D. R. Stafford, G. W. McNulty, E. IA.` Dearborn, H. A. Beeger. <br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />None. <br />Absent, Trustees, NONE . <br />Attest; <br />H. A. Beeger. <br />President of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City. <br />11. A.
