AND WHEREAS, in and by said Resolution of Intention No.. 1-14 said Board <br />of Trustees fixed Monday, the 20th day of September, 1926, at the hour of 8 o'clock <br />P. M. of said day, at the meeting place of the Board of Trustees of said Town at <br />the Town Hall 4n 7ebster Street in said Town of Redwood City as the day, hour and <br />place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed <br />work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. I-14, or to <br />the district to be assessed for said work and improvements, or to the grades at <br />which said work and improvements are to be done and made, could appear before <br />said Board of Trustees and show cause why said work and improvements should not <br />be caf'ried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. I-14, or why <br />said work and improvements should not be done at the proposed grades shown on <br />the plans, pno�iles and specifications referred to in said Resolution of Intention <br />N"d. I-14., and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City; <br />and <br />iJHEREAS, at the day, hour and place above mentioned, when and where objection3 <br />could be made as aforesaid, certain owners of property in the district to be assessed <br />for said work and improvements made oral objections to the said work and improvements <br />IMM <br />Y7HEREA5, said Board of Trustees did proceed to hear and consider said pro- <br />tests and objections, and said Board of Trustees having fully considered the same <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Tovm of Redwood City; <br />and said Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that said protests and <br />3 objections, weie.--nbt and_•are�-'n'ot-.mdde _,by ,tha_ovinerp ofw one-half'. (1/2 ). ,of the area <br />1 of the property in:the.'distriet to be assessed for said work and improvements; and <br />BE IT FLIRT +'R RESOLVED by said Board of Trustees that said oral protests <br />and objections, and each and all thereof, be and the same are hereby overruled. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City <br />at the hour of 9.15 o'clock P.M. at a regular meeting of said Board held.'on the <br />fi0 <br />20th day of September, 1926, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br />Z.
