<br />of all street wort; mentioned and described in Resolution of Intention No. I-3, passed
<br />anfl' adopte8. by the Board. of Trustees of the To= of Redwood City on the 5th day of April
<br />1926, and now on file -in the office o± the Clerk of s�.id Town, to which Resolution of
<br />Intention reference is hereby made for a description of said work, was filed in the off,
<br />dce'of said Clerk of the Town of Redwood City on the 22nd day of Ceptember, 1926; and
<br />VYHERZ&S, said Clerk of the Town of Redviood City did thereupon fix 2.1onday,, the lst
<br />day of November, 1926, at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the council
<br />chamber of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, in the Town Hall on Web-
<br />ster Street in said Tovai, as the time and place of the hearing on said assessment as
<br />required by law, and as the time said place of making written objections thereto as
<br />provided for by the "Improvement Act 1911" of the State of California; and
<br />TTFLREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the hearing thereon were
<br />duly and legally given by posting, mailing and publishing, as required by law, as app-
<br />ears from the affidavits thereof now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town. of
<br />Redwood City; and
<br />17HEREAS, at said time and place last herein mentioned no objections of any kind
<br />were made to said as`sesoment, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdic-
<br />tion thereon,
<br />The Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City do hereby resolve as follows;
<br />that the hbove Lention assessment and diagram for street work done under Resolution- of
<br />Intention Ido. I-3, hereinbefore mentioned, be and the same are hereby confirmed, appr-
<br />oved and adopted;. and be it further resolved that the Superintendent of Streets be and
<br />he is hereby ordered to attach a warrant as required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at the
<br />hour of 9.20 o'clock 2.1I. at a regular meeting of said Board held on the lot day of
<br />November, 1926, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
<br />Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Stafford, G.W.KeNulty, E.M.Dearborn, H.A.Beeger.
