137 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on the 8th <br />day of April, 19269 pass its Resolution of Intention No, I-4 for the improvement of <br />portions of Ramona Avenue, Sequoia Avenue, Oliver Street, King Street and Davis Street, <br />in said 'Down, under and pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act=of 1911", an(. <br />amendments thereto, and the "Improvement Bond Act of 1911" and toe:the,:resolutioAs, <br />notices and other proceedings of said Tovm, duly adopted and taken, reference to said <br />Resolution of Intention being hereby expressly made for further particulars; and <br />WHEREAS; the contract for said work and improvement was duly awarded and <br />thereafter duly completed to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Streets of said <br />!
