<br />RESOLVED that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of said proposals
<br />or bids except that nest herein mentioned, and -hereby awards the contract for doing the
<br />said work and making said improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to -wit:
<br />PENINSULA PAVING COMPANY, at the prices named in their bid.
<br />The Town Clerk is hereby directed to publish a notice of this award twice ir.
<br />in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said
<br />Town of Redwood City and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of
<br />said Town.

<br />W.A.Price, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:

<br />and acting Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, County and State aforesaid.
<br />That pursuant to law he did, on the 6th day of May, 1926, duly notified the
<br />State Board of Control and the State Treasurer at the State Capitol at Sacramento, Cal-
<br />ifornia, of the notice of the sale of the I+Iunicipal Improvement Bonds of 1926 of said
<br />Town of Redwood City by depositing a sealed envelope in the United States Post Office
<br />at Redwood City, with the postage prepaid thereon, a notice of sale of said bonds,
<br />addressed to the State Board of Control and the State Treasurer at Sacramento, California.
