<br />said Municipal Improvement Bonds of 1926, number from one (1) to thirty (30)0 both

<br />numbers inclusive, aggregating Thirty Thousands(30o000) Dollars, be and they are hereby
<br />sold to HELLER BRUCE & 00, for the sum of par, acorued interest to date of delivery and
<br />a premium of Thirteen Hundred'and five (1305,00) Dollars; and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer of said Towm; upon the payment of said
<br />sum of par, accrued interest to date of delivery and a premium'of Thirteen Hundred and
<br />five (1305,00) Dollars, into the Town Treasury of said Town by the said HELLER BRUCE eq
<br />009 be and he is hereby directed to deliver the said Municipal Improvement Bonds of 192E
<br />to the said HELLER BRUCE & CO,

<br />Ninty (90) days on their contract under Resolution of Intention No.H-1¢,(Edgewood Road
<br />and Whipple Ave) was on motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by Trustee MoNulty, same be
