Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DIAGRAM SHOWING DISTRICT AFFECTED AND BENEFITTED <br />BY THE IMPROVEMENT OF FAY STREET AND A PORTION OF CLINTON STREET AND <br />TO BE ASSESSED FOR -THE COSTS AND EXPENSES OF SAID IMPROVEMENT: ALSO <br />DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER IN WHICH TO PUBLISH NOTICE_ OF FILING ASSESSMENT <br />AND NOTICE OF FILING UNPAID ASSESSMENT LIST. <br />R$SOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, that <br />the diagram prepared and submitted by C. L. Dimmitt, City Engineer, shoidng the <br />district affected and benefitted by the improvement, and to be assessed for the oostr <br />and expenses of the improvement of*Fay Street and a portion of Clinton Street, as <br />described under Resolution of Intention No. I-12 of the Board of.Trustees of the <br />Town of Redwood City, passed and adopted August 2nd, 1926, be and the same is hereby <br />approved, and the Town Clerk is hereby directed to endorse said approval on said <br />diagram. <br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper of general circulation <br />is <br />published, printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,/hereby designated <br />as the newspaper in whioh the Town Clerk shall publish the Notice of Filing Street <br />Assessment and time fixed for hearing thereon and the Notice of filing Unpaid <br />Assessment and time fixed for hearing thereon and the Notice of filing Unpaid <br />Assessment list and time fixed for hearing why bonds should not be issued for the <br />street work herein mentioned under said Resolution of Intention No. I-12.
