<br />` Upon roll call there were present Trustees, Pres R.A.Beeger, ZeT.Thorning, D.R.Staff-
<br />ord, G.W.MeNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk W.A.Price, °
<br />Minutes of meetings held Nov 15th, 29th, Deo6th, and Dec 13th, 1926., were read and
<br />on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn same be approved as read.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Mr Hinman of the Spanish American War Veterans Assn appeared before the°Board in re-
<br />gards to the assoeiatiftcmeeting'in the auditorium of the`Fire Dept, was on motion of
<br />Trustee Stafford seconded by Trustee McNulty the matter be taken up with the Chief of tLe
<br />Fire Department and'.the House Committee of the Department and report back at next meetiLg.
<br />Motion carried. s
<br />Communioation from the Bonita Parlor•No 10, N.D.G.W.regarging the flag pole that wall
<br />blown down in California Square, was on motion of Trustee Dearborn; seconded by Trustee
<br />McNulty same be received and filed. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Pacific Gas and Electric Co for peimfission to contact on two'Cit

<br />i poles on Cassia and Stambaugh Streets as per application No 13 „was on motion of Truste
<br />j' McNulty seconded by Trustee Stafford said permit be granted, Motion carried,,
<br />{ Communication from the San Mateo Association for the Prevention of Tuberculosis,
<br />asking the Board to contribute to the Annual Christmas Seal Fund Drive,, was on motion
<br />of Trustee McNulty seconded by trustee Thorning the Board donate the sum of $50000,
<br />Motion carried.
<br />Communication from the Trustees of theTownof Atherton bsking the Boat& to have a
<br />representive to meet with iii regards to the enforeement of the traffic laws with part-
<br />icular regard to the buses" was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dear-
<br />born Chief of Police C.L.Collins be appointed to represent the City of Redwood. e
<br />Motion oarried.
<br />Application of Mitohell•Ji. Puhara, Palo Alto for a permit to hold an dance in For-
<br />sters Hall New Years eve December 31st,1926, was on motion of Trustee Thorning seconded
<br />by Trustee McNulty said permit be granted. Motion carried..
<br />City Engineer C.L.Dimmitt presented to the Board map of the Murray tract in the
<br />Boyd and Kent Tract, was on motion of Trustee Stafford seconded by Trustee McNulty said
<br />map be accepted by the Board. Motion carriede
<br />on motion of Trustee Thorning seconded iigaftustee Dearborn the City Engineer be
<br />instructed to prepare the block system as outlined by samples. Motion carried.
<br />t On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn, Carl K. Mabie be re-
<br />appointed member of the Pulgas Mosquito Abatement District of Redwood City.Motion carried.

<br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING STREET ASSESSMENT.
<br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain contract dated
<br />September 2nd, 1926, between the Peninsula Paving Company, a corporation, first party
<br />and C.L.Dimmitt, as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City, as second
<br />party, for the doing of all street work mentioned and described in Resolution of Int-
<br />i
<br />ention No. I-9, passed and adoptedby the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood Citi.-
<br />j on the 21stday of June, 1926, and n w on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town
