<br />WHEREAS, said Town Clerk did thereupon fix Monday, the 20th day of December, 1926,
<br />at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day at the Council Chamber of the Board of Trust-
<br />ees of the Town of Redwood City in the Town Hall of said Town as the time and placeof
<br />hearing on assessment, as required by law, and as the time and place of making written
<br />o!jections thereto, as provided in the Improvement Act of 1911; and
<br />WHEREAS, notice of filing of saidc•assessment and of the time fixed for hearing ther.
<br />eon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as required.by law, as appears fr. j
<br />om the affidavits thereof now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood 1"4
<br />City; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the time and place last herein mention no objections of any kind were
<br />made to said assessment and''diagram, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired
<br />jurisdiction thereon,
<br />The Board of Trustee of the Town of Redwood City does hereby resolve as follows, -%

<br />to -wit; that the assessment and diagram for the street work above mentioned under Res-
<br />olution of Intention No. I-9 be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed, and the
<br />Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed to,attadh a warrant as provided for by the
<br />said Improvement Act of 1911.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a re-
<br />gular meeting of said Board on the 20th day of December, 1926, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,

<br />WHEREAS, the assessment for street work done under that certain contract

<br />dated September 27th, 1926, between Thomas'F..:.Geary, first party, and C. L. Dimmitt,
<br />as Superintendent of Streets of the Town of Redwood City as second party, for the doing
<br />of all street work mentioned and described in Resolution of Intention No. I-13, ja ssed
<br />and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City on the 2nd day of
<br />August, 1926, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City,
<br />to which Resolution of Intention No. I-12 rederence is hereby made for a description
<br />of said work, was filed in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City on the
