151 Board ,of Trustees of, the Town of Redwood City in the Town Hall of said Town as the time and place of hearing on said assessment, as required by law, and as the time and place of making written objections thereto, as provided for in the Improvement Act of 1911; and WHEREAS, notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time fixed `for II hearing thereon was duly given by posting, publishing and mailing, as requred by law, as appears from the affidavits thereof now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City and F WHEREAS, at the time and place lastherein mentioned no objections of any kind were made to said assessment and diagram,' g , and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction thereon% TheoBoard of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City does hereby resolve as follows, to -wit: that the assessment and diagram for the street work above mentioned ' under ResoXtuion of Intention No. I-12 be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed and the Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed to attach a warrant thereto as provided for by the said Improvement 4et of 1911. Passed and adopted by the Board of 'Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of December, 1926, by the following vote: Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resoltuion, Trustees, Z..
