0 <br />f <br />U4 <br />0 <br />163 <br />Redwood City January 17, 19279 7.30 o'clook, P.M. <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees Held. <br />Upon roll call there were present Trustees, Pres H.A.Beeger,°Z.T.Thorn.ing,D.R.Staffortl <br />G.W.MeNulty,E.M.Dearborn,Clerk W.A.Priee. <br />On motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn minutes of meetings held <br />January 3rd, and 10th, 1927., were read and same was approved as read. Motion carried, <br />Moved by Trustee Stafford seconded by Trustee McNulty insurance policies be taken out <br />* - for the City Hall in the different amounts for fire insurance the amount of $12.000.00, <br />earthquake insurance $14.000.00 all policies be returned for correction and taken out in <br />the same companies. Motion Carried. <br />Application of David Cosgrave for permission to connect a sig (6) inch sewer to be <br />installed in Lot of the Johnson tract (outside City limits) on motion ofrefeMrustee Me - <br />Nulty, seconded by Trustee Stafford said permission be granted and same be under the <br />supervision of the Supt of Streets. Motion carried. <br />The following dance permits was granted on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by <br />Trustee Dearborn and carried to -wit: <br />Redwood City Liberty Club in I.O.O.F. Hall Saturday evening January 22,1927,until 1 o'clock. <br />S.Weissman in Foresters Hall Saturday evening January 29th,1927, until 1 o'clock. <br />Communication from Leonard & Holt asking for the cancellation and return of their <br />.Public Liability and Property Damage policy covering their passenger bus bet the S.P. <br />Cc depot and Emeral Lake, was on motion of Trustee McNulty, seoonded by Trustee Dearborn <br />said policy be returned. Motion carried. <br />Trustee McNulty offers the following Ordinance No. 270, and moves its adoption, <br />Trustee Stafford seconds. the motion, Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 270. <br />
