AND WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention, the Assessment and also the Warrant issuecl by the Superintdndent of Streets to the Contractor contained a declaration substantiAlly as follows: "Notice is herbby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of 7o per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the second day of July next succeeding ten months from their date." NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, does order as follows: SECTION 1. - That bonds shall be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments to the amount of $27,391.90, in accordance with the provisions of the D id "Improvement Bond Act of 191511, and under and pursuant to the resolutions, notices ! i and proceedings of said Board of Trustees duly adopted and taken., Said bonds shall j Sixty-one (61) in number, shall be dated January 24th, 1927, and bear interest at the rate o.L" seven per cent per annum from the 13th day of January, 1927, payable January 2nd and July 2nd of each year, and the demonination of said bonds and the •i interest coupons requred to be attached thereto with their respective numbers and dates of maturity shall be as follows:
