Ll <br />n <br />A <br />0 <br />Redwood City, April 4, 1927, 8 o'clock, P.M.. <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held. <br />Upon.roll call there were present Trustees President H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R. <br />« <br />Stafford,, G.W.MeNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk, W.A.Price, <br />Minutes of regular adjourned meeting held March 28th, 1927, were read and on motion o:' <br />Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Thorning same be approved as read. Motion carried. <br />On oration of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Stafford, the City Attorney be ins- <br />tructed.to amend Ordinance No 251, placing the old Demartini property,, Lots 1 & 23, Blk 7 <br />Range B.. facing on Arguello Street in the Business zone. Motion carri6ed. <br />Moved. by Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn, Mr Thos L. Williams owner of <br />mthe Johnson tract west of Redwood City, be granted previlige to connect with the City <br />sewer same to be under the supervision of the Supt of Street, also to connect with the <br />City water main at Ashley Avenue same to be under the same condition as previous granted <br />other outside consumers. Motion carried. <br />Moved <br />by Trustee Stafford, seconded by Trustee Thorning, the <br />City Clerk be iristruetei <br />to write. <br />the Southern Pacific Co, <br />notifing them to have a flagman place at the Rogers <br />Street at <br />once, to prevent further accidents. Motion carried. <br />The <br />report of the Planning <br />Commission recommending that Main Street from Broadway <br />to Bradford Street be set back fifteen <br />feet on each side, <br />f.MWVt#j4&e, <br />was on motion of Trustee <br />Stafford seconded by Trustee <br />McNulty said recommen- <br />clition be <br />approved by the Board <br />and it take its legal precedure. <br />Motion carried. <br />Reports of Chief of Police, <br />Building, Electrical, Plumbing <br />Inspector, and Pound - <br />master, was on motion of Trustee <br />McNulty, seconded by Trustee Stafford <br />same be received <br />and filed. <br />Motion carried. <br />On,motion <br />of Trustee McNulty, <br />seconded by Trustee Stafford <br />the following claims <br />O.Ked and <br />approved by the Finance <br />Committee be paid.
