196 <br />It� <br />V <br />C <br />And said Board of Trustees does hereby determihe and declare that it is unneeess. <br />iry to to take any land for the work of closing said hereinbefore mentioned streets or <br />3ortions thereof and that it is unnecessary to levy any assessment to provide for the <br />:losing of said hereinbefore mentioned streets and avenues and portions thereof. <br />All the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of and in conformity with <br />an Act of the Legislature of the State of California entitled '"An Act to Provide for the <br />Laying Out, Opening, Extending; Widening Lengthening or Closing up in Whole or in Part <br />any Street, Square, Lane, Alley, Court or Place W1th n.nMMunieipalities, and to Condemn <br />and Acquire any and all Lands and property Necessary or Convenient for that Purpose", (� <br />approved March 6, 1889, and the several acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto. +l, <br />The Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed <br />to post notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the time, form,amdnnex <br />and number as required by law, and he is also directed to cause to be published in the <br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published and circulated in said Town of Redwood - <br />City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said Town, a <br />notice of the passage of said Resolution of Intention similar in substance to the notices <br />ordered posted as aforesaid for the period required by law. <br />AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT all persons interested and objecting to said work <br />and improvements may make written objections thereto in time, form and manner as provided by <br />e <br />the hereinbefore mentioned Act, under which this work is carried on. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a reg- <br />ular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 28th day of March, 1927, by the following <br />x <br />vote: <br />x x <br />Z.T.THORNING, D.R.STAFFORD?
