<br />lands, filed for record in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, August 20th, 1913, in Map Book 9, at pages 6 and 7, be closed and vacated
<br />as public streets and highways,
<br />And said Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that it is unnecess-
<br />ary to take any lands for the work of closing said hereinbefore mentioned streets or por-
<br />tions thereof and that it is unnecessary to levy any assessment to provide for the olosk2g
<br />of said hereinbefore mentioned streets and avenues and portions thereof.
<br />All the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance.of and, in conformity with

<br />an Act of the Legislature of the Statedof California entitled "An Act To Provide for th3
<br />Laying Out, Opening, Extending, Widening, Lenglthing or Closing up in Whole or in Part AnT
<br />Street, Square, Lane, Alley, Court or Place Within Alunicipalities, and to Condemn and
<br />Acquire any and all Lands and Property Necessary or Convenient for that Purpose", appro-
<br />ved March 6, 1889, and the several acts amendatory thereof- or supplemental thereto,
<br />The Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed
<br />to post notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the time, form, manner
<br />' and number as required by law, and he is also directed to cause to be published in the
<br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published, printed and circulated in said Town
<br />of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trus$ees of said
<br />Town, a notice of the passage of said Resolutionof Intention simillar in substance to the
<br />notices ordered posted as aforesaid for the period required by laws
<br />j AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVIN that all persons interested and objecting to said wort
<br />and improvements may hake written objections thereto in time, form and manner as provides
<br />by the hereinbefore mention act, under which this work is carried on,
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Tovm of Redwood,City at a,
<br />regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 28th day of March,_ 1927, by the fol-
<br />lowing vote:

<br />RESOLVED that the public interest and public convenience require, and that it%,is
<br />the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County of Sari Mateo,
<br />State of California, to orfer the following work to be done in said Town, to -wit:
<br />All that portion of Webster Street lying northwesterly of the center line of a
<br />branch of the Redwood Creek and southwesterly of the following described line: Beginning
<br />I; C at a point distant along the westerly line of Webster Street 30 30' East 221.50 feet fron
<br />the southerly line of Broadway; thence from point of beginning southerly along the are
<br />of a curve to the left with a radius of 91.79 feet a distance of 46.46 feet; thence
<br />South 320 30' East 74.34 feet to the center line of said branch of Redwood Creek, be

<br />closed and vacated as public streets and highways.
