Motion carried. <br />Moved by Trustee Thorning, seconded by TrusteeDearborn the City Attorney be instructrl <br />to institute the necessary proceedings.in the matter o:C opening of Broadway as formally <br />proposed and report back to the Board as soon as possible. Motion carried. <br />Communication from Assemblyman Harry L. Parkman stating to the Board that Assembly <br />Bills #19 and #21, also the Keaton eaabling act bill were tabled in the Committee, was <br />i <br />' on motion of Trustee McNulty, seconded by Trustee Dearborn same be received, and the <br />j, Clerk be instructed to write Senator Johnson and Assembly Parkham thanking them in the <br />part they took in defeating said bills.
