<br />Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were Tr-esent Trustees Pres H.A.Beeger, Z.T.Thorning, D.R.Staffori
<br />G.W.McNulty, E.M.Dearborn, City Clerk W.A.Price,
<br />Minutes of meetings held April 4th, and April 11th, 1927, were read and on motion of
<br />Trustee McNulty, seconded .by Trustee Stafford same be approved as read. Motion carried.
<br />Application of the Redwood City Liberty Clgb for a permit to hold a dance in I.O.O.F.
<br />Hall Saturday evening April 30th, 1927, was on motion of Trustee Thorning, seconded by
<br />Trustee McNulty, same be granted. Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Dearborn, seconded by Trustee Thorning, the City Clerk be inst-
<br />rated to writs= the Right of Way Department of the Southern Pacrific Co, informing them
<br />that it is the desire of the Board that they rush the matter of widening of Stafford St
<br />;Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Trustee Stafford, seconded by Trustee McNulty the Red Cross local chapter
<br />be given permission to hold a card party in the Oivic Auditorium in the near future,
<br />Motion carried.
<br />On motion of Trustee Stafford, seconded by Trustee McNulty, the Auditing report of
<br />Haskins and Sells be received and filed. Motion carried.
