<br />RESOLUTION RECINDING NO. J-3, RESOLUTION.
<br />RESOLED, by the Board of Trustees of the Tovai of Redwood City, County of San Ilateo,
<br />State of California, that Resolution Ordering Plans, Profiles and Specifications No.
<br />J-3, Resolution Adopting Plans, Profiles and Specifications No. J-3, and Resolution of
<br />Intention No. J-31 which resolutions were passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees
<br />of the Town of Redwood City on the 18th day of April, 19917, be and each of said resol-
<br />utions is hereby rescinded and set aside.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a reg-
<br />ular meeting of said Board held on the 16th day of Llay, 1927, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,
<br />Z.T.THORNING, D.R.STAFI+CORD, G.','I.McRULTY, E.M.DEARBORN, H.A.BEEGER.
<br />Noes and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees,

<br />was on motion of Trustee Dearborn seconded by Trustee McNulty, said affidavits be rec-
<br />eived and filed, I,iotion carried.

<br />Nulty seconds the motion. Motion carried.
<br />RESOLUTION CLOSING AI?D VACATING CERTAIN STREETS
<br />AND 0RTIONS THEREOF IN TIM T071N OF REDWOOD CITY.
<br />,FHERELS, the Board of Trustees of the Town. of Redwood City did, on the 18th day
<br />of May, 1995, pass and adopt Resolution of Intention No.H-5 to order the following
<br />work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town of Redwood City, t0 -wit:
<br />AND 7MEREAS, said Board of Trustees in and by said resolution did declate that
<br />(� no land was necessary to be taken for said work and improvements and that no assessment
<br />was necessary for said work and improvements; and
<br />"!?IiREAS, the Street Superintendent of the Town of Redwood City did cause notices
<br />of the naasage of said Resolution of Intention No. H-5 to be duly posted and published
<br />as required by la;✓, as appears from the affidavits of C.L.Dimmitt, Street Superinten-
<br />dent, and J.D.Hedge, now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City,
<br />to which reference is hereby made and the same are made a part hereof; and
