<br />Redwood City against said work and improvements; and
<br />Whereas, the Board. of Trustees of the:Town•of Redwood City has determined and does
<br />hereby determined and,does hereby determine that no further proceedings arecproper in th3
<br />premises and that no damage will result to any to any person or property by the closing
<br />of said streets and portions thereof hereinbefore mentioned, but that the closing there-
<br />of is and will be for the public interest and benefit and that said streets and portions
<br />thereof hereinbefore mentioned should be abandoned, vacated and closed as public streets
<br />and highways and portions thereof.
<br />NOW THERFORE, it is by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California, resolved and dertermined. that Fifteenth Street betweel t
<br />the northeasterly line of 4r8uello Street and the northeasterly line of the Pulgas Ranch;
<br />and Sixteenth Street between the llorthearterly line of Arguell Street and the northerly
<br />I
<br />line of the Pulgas Rgn.ch;-and Seventeenth Street between the northeasterly line of Arg-
<br />uello Street and the northerly line of the Pulgas Ranch; and also 'that Seventeenth -Street .�
<br />between the southwesterly line of Arguello Street and the northwesterly line od. said
<br />Seventeenth Street, as said streets and portions thereof are shown on the map of the Tow7.
<br />of Mezesville, filed for recorded August 1, 1856, in Map Book 1 at page 79, in the Recor-
<br />ders office of the County of San Mateo, State of California, be closed and vacated as
<br />public streetscand highways. -
<br />ThePulgasRanch line referred to herein is shown on the map of the Pulgas Ranch, -
<br />filed in the office of.County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California,
<br />on the 30th day of December, 1857, and recorded in Book 1 of Patents at page 11, to whic:l
<br />reference is hereby made and the same is made a part.,hereof. -
<br />. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a
<br />regular meeting of said Board held on the 16th day of May,'1927, by the following vote:
