<br />reference is hereby made and
<br />the same is made a part,of this
<br />Resolution of Intention, be hn-
<br />proved as follows, to -wit;
<br />By having constructed thereon
<br />and therein vitrified saliglazed
<br />file pipe sanitary sewers with
<br />red burnt brick manholes capped
<br />with cast Iron frames and cov-
<br />ers and with lampholes capped
<br />with cast !ran frames and covers
<br />and with ayes and laterals all of
<br />the sizes, dimensions and mate-
<br />'rlals and in the positions and lo-
<br />cations as shown and described
<br />Suitable slate panel and angle
<br />Iron frame, together -with all pip-
<br />ing, Pipe connections, valves and
<br />t; fittings required for the com-
<br />plete operation of the herein meq-
<br />tioned plant, together with the
<br />oonstruct1011 of a pit for the erec-
<br />tion of -said ejector, all as shown
<br />and described and located and of
<br />the materials, sizes and dimen-
<br />sions as shown on tine plans, pro-
<br />files and specifications herein-
<br />after particularly referred to here-
<br />in, said ejector pit an dsaid com-
<br />pressor house and equipment to
<br />be constructed in place in that
<br />certain ten foot easement here-
<br />inbefore mentioned and described
<br />and at the northeasterly end of
