<br />And whereas, the Engineer of said Town of Redwood City has submitted with sAid plana,
<br />profiles and specifications hereinbefore adopted a map or plat showing the assessment
<br />district to be benifited. by the work and improvements herein mentioned and descibed and
<br />shown on said plans, profiles and specificati6nns hereinbefore mentioned and adopted,
<br />which map pr plat is entitled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Inten-
<br />tion No. J-711; and
<br />Whereas, said map or plat of said assessment district is satisfactory to this Boari

<br />of Trustees.
<br />THEREFORE, be it further resolved by said Board of'Trustees, and said Board of Tru-
<br />stees hereby adopts and approves said map of said assessment district, which map is•ent-
<br />e
<br />itled "Map Showing Assessment District under Resolution of Intention No. J-711, and here-
<br />by declares and determines that the land and district shown on said map or plat be and
<br />the same is hereby declared to be the land and district benefited by said work and
